Shipping
Processing time varies, typically 1-2 weeks depending on model size and quantity. International orders may take longer. Each model is printed to order with efforts to ship within a week. Custom orders may require more time, but I'll keep you informed.

Custom Orders
As all custom-painted models are made to your specifications, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on my part. I’ll work closely with you throughout the process to make sure you’re happy with the design before completion.
Non-Custom Items
If you purchase a non-custom item and change your mind, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. I will do my best to resolve this quickly, whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.
